Wait: What's this goal doing back here?

This goal was originally going to be funded, but I refunded it due to being too overwhelmed to make an expansion at the time.

The Franco-Prussian War, also known as the "Franco-German" war, was a war between the Second French Empire and the North German Confederation.(Under the leadership of the Kingdom of Prussia) It resulted in German victory which ended the Second French Empire, unified Germany, and led to the founding of the German Empire.

Part of my interest in this war is it's weapons. The Prussians were equipped with the very first bolt action rifle, the Dreyse Needle Gun. This unique gun used a VERY long needle to strike a firing pin at the back of a paper cartridge containing black powder and a bullet. It was a huge rate of fire increase over the muzzle loaders other nations were using when it was first invented, though the needle was delicate and tended to misfire when dirty.

By the time of the Franco-Prussian War, France had invented it's own bolt action rifle, the Chassepot. It was still a needle gun, but it's bolt was more similar to modern bolt action rifles and was overall an improved design.

This expansion would be an addon for CtB, and could be a fun addition for survival, roleplay, and community servers.
