A while ago someone suggested that Finland should have their own Marksman class, especially to balance against their opponent, the USSR.

I agree it would be a nice addition! Finland had a couple of unique sniper designs of their own, such as the one pictured. (Very unique boxy scope!) If this fund goal is met, I will add some new Finnish Sniper Rifles and scopes, and put them in a new Marksman class for Finland.
